At NOTO customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and these policies are set in place to give all of our clients the absolute best experience possible. We are so thankful for your business.
All permanent cosmetic procedures are a multi-session process. For best results, the client is recommended to return for touch-up session. This procedure should take place approximately 6-8 weeks after the initial session. At the touch up session we will assess color retention and make necessary adjustments. This enhancement session is very important and required before it can be determined that your procedure is complete. This step must not be skipped for ideal results. Healing is specific to each client and how well you follow post-care instructions.
PAYMENT POLICY
NOTO accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, Afterpay, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay and cash. No checks or money orders.
A non-refundable booking fee via online booking is required in order to reserve and confirm your appointment. This non-refundable booking fee is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment, and it will be deducted from the total cost of your investment . When you reserve your appointment at NOTO, that time is dedicated to you solely. We don't ever double book and your time is solely yours. Our booking system won’t allow you to book an appointment without a deposit.
The remaining balance will be charged on the day of your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULES & NO SHOWS
Last minute cancellations, reschedules, and "No Shows" leave spaces in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice which is why these policies are in place.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Timely and efficient service is a must for us to provide outstanding customer service. Your time is precious to us, so we ask that you consider ours as well and notify us of any changes or cancellations at your earliest convenience.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a 72 hour notice is required during business hours (Tues-Sat). We ask that you please call us at (302) 440-6900 and let us know, (leave a voicemail if need be) or email us at hello@notoaesthetics.com. Text messaging isn't accepted. Should you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 72 hours you will forfeit your booking deposit and will be required to pay a $100 re-booking fee before booking a future appointment.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
Should you wish to reschedule your appointment, you most definitely can! The deposit from the missed appointment will go towards a future booking but the balance will be due once a new appointment is booked. We will honor one rescheduled appointment time. Please make sure to reschedule 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. There is an additional $100 re-booking fee should you cancel in less than 72 hours of your appointment. The re-booking fee does not go towards a new appointment.
NO SHOW POLICY
Any client that does not show up for their scheduled appointment whether it’s a new client session, or a touch up session, will automatically forfeit their non-refundable booking fee and will be required to pay a $100 re-booking fee upon booking a future appointment.
LATENESS POLICY
While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, out of respect for your artist and clients scheduled, should you arrive 10 minutes or later you will forfeit the appointment & non-refundable booking fee. It will be necessary to reschedule, this is required in order to avoid delays to clients with appointments scheduled after you.
Please understand that the procedures scheduled need their allocated time to get the best result possible, we cannot rush. You will be required to pay an additional $100 re-booking fee before booking a future appointment.
In some cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate the appointment. This will be at our discretion.

TOUCH UP POLICY
NEW CLIENTS: Enhancement Sessions are for returning NOTO clients ONLY. We do NOT touch up other artists work at “touch up” rates. If your initial service was done by another artist in another location, you will be charged as a new client. Thank you for understanding.
EXISTING PERMANENT MAKE UP POLICY
We do not provide touch-ups of other artists work for a reduced fee as a greater amount of work and liability is required to correct previous cosmetic tattoos done elsewhere.
In many cases, a consultation is required to determine whether correction is possible. For inquiries regarding appointments for new clients who have had a permanent cosmetic procedure done elsewhere, you must email us to hello@notoaesthetics.com with a clear photo in natural light without any makeup on the treated area, so that your micropigmentation technician can make an assessment to see what method of correction is appropriate, prior to booking.
At NOTO, Correction work requires two sessions (an initial session + a touch-up session 6-8 weeks after). Each new appointment is approximately 3-4 hours to ensure we take the time to do our best work. We will schedule your touch-up session on the day of your initial session. We must give your skin ample time to fully heal and regenerate before working on it again. Additional sessions at touch-up rates may be required.
Please note: In some cases correction is not recommended and an alternative such as laser removal might be the best solution. We are happy to welcome you as a new client if we are able to help.
NO GUEST POLICY
Due to the nature of our services, no guests are allowed to enter the studio with you.
Unfortunately, we have a zero-tolerance policy on children. We love children but there are many things that are dangerous in our studio to take any risks, so we respectfully ask that you leave your little ones at home. This is for their own safety. We also do not want to compromise the comfort of our clients.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Safety first! If you are unable or unwilling to travel to your appointment during inclement weather we will not enforce our 72-hour cancellation notice policy. We will keep you informed about the status of the studio through our social media outlets, phone, & via email.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Our studio is an adult-oriented atmosphere; therefore we only accept appointments for clients over the age of 18 years of age.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
All gift certificate sales are final. The value of any gift certificate issued never expires.
PHONE USAGE
We kindly ask that you switch your phone to silent mode when you enter the studio, and that you discontinue the use of your phone during your procedure.
You are more than welcome to bring your headphones to use while getting your service done should you want to listen to music/podcast, etc from your phone. We do have music playing in our studio for a good ambiance.
EATING OR DRINKING
Remember to drink plenty of water before and after your appointment. Please do not bring outside food into the studio. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in our studio.
PHOTO/ VIDEO RELEASE
NOTO may use images or videos on website, social media, brochures, flyer or for any other advertising it deems necessary. Any and all photographs, video, audio and any other media captured or recorded by any and all its representatives. Clients can agree or disagree to release any and all claims regarding use of his/her images for such purposes. You can state this on your consent form. If you do not agree, we will respect it fully and will make note of it on your profile. Do understand that for liability purposes we do have to take before and after photos for our records.
GRATUITIES
They are not necessary, but are appreciated.
